"Half Meaningless is a tantalizing outfit. The work...combines
authentic vintage finds with her own take on what 'reworked' means. Doing double-duty throughout the weekend so you've
got more time to discover and enjoy."
Fame kills. Take DJ AM or Michael
Jackson as proof, two stories that shocked the music and entertainment industry in 2009. I started to think
fame was dirty and deceptive. I questioned why anyone would want to be famous. Fast forward to the announcement
of The Fame Kills Tour, which confirmed that Lady Gaga and Kanye “Best video
of all time...OF ALL TIME!” West would join forces to perform in a city near you. Something told me this
was too good to be true. My two favorite artists both with amazing set lists and fashion! I’ve seen Kanye
twice (WVU Fall Fest & Lollapalooza) and Gaga once (LeRoyale SoHo),
each show capturing a piece of my intoxicated heart. Little did I know, Fame Kills would soon be canceled and my dreams
of seeing them on stage together wouldn’t occur. Was it the expensive tickets? Did Taylor Swift
have something to do with this? Karma? Creative Differences? Whatever the reason we can still thank Kanye
for stating, “George Bush does not care about black people”. Respect.
I don't care what anyone says. Megan Fox is beyond hot.
Sure she's had some work done but isn't that the Hollywood way? A little botox took this no name to NYLON
Magazine's new "It Girl". I think they're right on point even if her ten minutes burns out in 2009.
